My fear is Republicans are not Trump and don’t want to be. Their fecklessness in not codifying any of his EOs is a dead giveaway of the uniparty system Americans live under. Their actions belie their words.

Neoliberalism had to go. It was socially, economically, and culturally destructive and pushed large segments of American society into poverty and economic insecurity. We’ll leave disastrous Forever Wars and immigration policies aside for the moment. Trump’s election clearly revealed that much of the electorate is dissatisfied with business as usual and the neoliberal policies of the past 40 years. Democrats need to get rid of the Clintons and Bidens and go full left-populist.
