The Golden Trump - He leans forward. He turns his head several degrees. It’s just a flesh wound. Trump and America dodges a bullet. That’s a miracle.
The Right - It was an inch away from unraveling. No leader. There would have been a convention for a hand picked nominee. It would have been over. Instead, an amazing final night for the RNC with Trump kissing the fireman’s uniform of his supporter who gave his life to protect his family at the fateful rally.
Historians - Add this to the list for not just history books but the genre of What If writers.
Losers
Biden - The calls for him to drop paused due to the weekend drama but have started again. The contrast between Trump standing tall and pumping his fist after being shot versus Biden’s angry, confused rants is dramatic.
Lefties - How many of them called for Trump’s head? It got real for a moment. Their bloodlust is repulsive.
Tech journalists - They attacked tech firms for years and likely pushed Silicon Valley big wigs towards supporting Trump.
